Shenzhen Gongda International Architechture & Engineering Design Co. , Ltd, founded in May 2006, is a member of SZEDA(Shenzhen Exploration & Design Association) and the syndic unit of CASS(the civil engineering and architectural society of Shenzhen). With the Class A of Construction Industry((Architectural Engineering) and EPC(Engineering Procurement Construction) qualification,both of which are issued by MOHURD(Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of People’s Republic of China), it is a company setting design as a leader that provides EPC services and has achieved nearly one billion yuan on the investment of project and integrated resources from multiple domestic and aboard investment, funds, listed companies and professional engineering design companies. We are focusing on governmental PPP(Public-Private Partnership) projects and EPC projects,sparing no effort for BIM technology and prefabricated construction technology that can be widely applied in the construction project,maintaining the close technical cooperation and interaction with famous universities and research institutes to make Sponge City, Smart Community, Utility Tunnel, VR, CR and other most advanced ideas and technology achievements into real project applications.

哈尔滨工业大学建筑设计研究院深圳分院成立于1996年，具备规划甲级、建筑甲级、市政甲级、咨询甲级资质，现拥有从业人员近百名，意大利籍方案设计总监两名，主要设计人员均为从事设计行业20年以上的专业设计师，作为一家成长中的设计公司，在设计全过程中，重点关注项目需求研究和全过程的精细化设计，我司设有三个技术部及配套管理部门，拥有完善的管理制度，与美国DLR设计机构、OBERMEYER PLANEN + BERATEN GMBH、德国德杰盟设计机构等全球著名设计事务所有着良好的合作经历，公司大力推进合伙制，竭诚欢迎有识之士加盟合作，共同发展。

经过十几年的发展，我院完成国内重大建筑工程设计项目近百项，业务以总部办公大楼、大型综合体、教育建筑等公共建筑及大型综合住宅社区作为主要方向，近年中标大型公共建筑设计项目十几项。仅2015年度已中标大型公共建筑设计数项，中标大型教育建筑设计管理及需求一项，完成大型教育建筑设计需求一项，具体项目如下：

1、昆明佳达利总部办公楼：总建筑面积14万平米，高度150米，设计总包，2015年3月24日取得中标通知书。

2、深圳国民技术总部办公大楼：总建筑面积4.2万平米，高度100米，设计总包，2015年5月29日取得中标通知书。

3、深圳康佳（光明）科技产业园（一期）：总建筑面积15万平米，高度100米，设计总包，2015年6月17日取得中标通知书。

4、美的博物馆，建筑面积1.04万平米，施工图设计中标，2015年4月10日取得中标通知书。

5、深圳北理莫斯科大学建设工程需求与设计管理；总建筑面积29.2万平米，2015年7月13日取得中标通知书。

6、哈尔滨工业大学（深圳）校区扩建项目；总建筑面积30万平米，受校方委托成立工作坊，完成项目设计需求工作。

         Architectural Design and Research Institute of HIT(Harbin Institute of Technology), Shenzhen Branch

Architectural Design and Research Institute of HIT,Shenzhen Branch, founded in 1996, has the Class A qualification of planning, architecture, municipal and consultion. There are nearly one hundred employees including two design directors from Italy. The other major designers are professional who have started their design career for more than 20 years. As a developing design company, the research of project requirements and the detailed design are focused on during the whole process. There are three technology departments in our company, each of whom has their own ancillary management parts to work forward. We have good experience of cooperation with DLR Group, Obermeyer Planen & Beraten Gmbh, J.S.K SIAT International Architekten und Ingenieure GmbH and other world famous design firms.Our company gives great impetus to partnership and sincerely welcomes all intelligent people to join us, corporate and develop with us together.

After several years development, nearly 100 important national construction projects have been completed by us, such as headquarters buildings, large HOPSCA, educational buildings, large-scale integrated residential communities and other public buildings. In recent years, we have won nearly ten bids on the public building projects, among which are numbers of large-scale public buildings, one middle-scale educational building and one large-scale educational design eequirement in the year of 2015. The specific project are described as follows.

Ⅰ.Kunming Jiadali Headquarters Office Building, occupying an area of 140,000㎡and the height of which is 150m. We obtained the bid-winning notice in March 24, 2015 as the design contractor.

Ⅱ.Shenzhen National Technology Headquarters Building, occupying an area of 42,000 ㎡, and the height of which is 54m.We obtained the bid-winning notice in May 29, 2015 as the design contractor.

Ⅲ.Shenzhen Konka(Guangming) Science and Technology Industrial Park Design (Phase I), occupying an area of 150,000㎡, and the height of which is 100m. We obtained the bid-winning notice in June 17, 2015 as the design contractor.

Ⅳ.Midea Museum, occupying an area of 10,400㎡. We obtained the bid-winning notice in April 10, 2015 as the construction designer.

Ⅴ.Beijing Institute of Technology and Moscow State University Campus Project, occupying an area of 292,000㎡, We obtained the bid-winning notice in July 13, 2015 as the Construction engineering requirements and design management department.

Ⅵ.Harbin Institute of Technology (Shenzhen) Campus Extension Project, occupying an area of 300,000㎡. We set up the workshop authorized by the school to complete design requirements of the project .

哈尔滨工业大学城市规划设计研究院深圳分院设立于2005年。深圳分院秉承了总院校企联合发展的模式，在学术研究与实践项目探索上依托于哈尔滨工业大学深圳研究生院城市与景观设计研究中心（2002年由哈尔滨工业大学与深圳市政府联合共建成立,以下简称CULD），正逐步成为一个将产、学、研紧密结合的规划设计研究机构。深圳分院重视人才选拔和员工的培养，积极为员工的自身发展提供良好的机会。

 分院以CULD为主体的研究力量包括全职教授、副教授、规划师10名，境外特聘教授、访问教授6名。每年招收博士研究生2-3名，硕士研究生20名。坚持与加拿大、香港、台湾等地的知名规划设计研究机构在科学研究和实践项目等领域建立长期的合作关系。

深圳分院的规划设计研究与生产实践项目立足于深圳，扩展至广州、中山、惠州、重庆、合肥、天津、唐山、青岛等城市，并多次在国内、国际竞标中
